Terms & Conditions

• At the time of making a reservation your credit card details will be required to secure the booking in regard to our cancellation policy. No charges will be taken at that time.
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. One night’s accommodation may be charged. The cancellation fee may be waived if we are able to re-let the room/s for the period of the reservation cancelled
• Our check in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival and check out time is before 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by prior arrangement only
• All our units are NON-SMOKING. Guests may smoke outside. Guests will be liable for any loss of income due to smoking in units
• No aromatic cooking in the units. Guests will be liable for any loss of income due to aromatic cooking
• One car park is provided for each guest room booked.
• Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable
