We have 16 diverse, well appointed non-smoking units at the Garden Motel ranging in size from cosy studios to spacious two-bedroom units - the choice of accommodation can be specific to the number of guests in your group and the purpose of your stay. We have 2 fully wheelchair accessible units, please call direct to secure one of these. There’s something to suit everyone’s needs, from sports’ team competing at a tournament, family graduation celebration, family holiday, a tourist stopover, hospital-related stay, romantic getaway or corporate work-related visit. We are one of Dunedin's only accommodation providers that is fully pet friendly.

One Bedroom Units: 1, 2, & 3
Unit’s 1, 2 and 3 are one-bedroom units. These are situated in the George Street accommodation block - "George" Suites. Each unit has a queen and single bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the living area. Kitchen facilities include:

Large Access Studio: Unit 4
Unit 4 is a large access studio unit. Please add in the notes you need this unit for the wheelchair access so we can secure it for you. The unit is on the ground floor of the George Street accommodation block. The unit includes a super-king and a single bed in an open-plan living area. This unit has wheelchair accessibility with a lowered sink and bench-top, and a bathroom with a wet area shower and toilet. Kitchen facilities include:
